What This Is All About
I've been collecting live music from various sources since the mid to late 70's. Radio shows, TV broadcasts, radio show pre-FM CD's and vinyl LP's and some trades. Most of the shows posted here, I recorded and ripped myself. I always had top of the line stereo equipment and cassette and open reel recorders for those on air broadcasts.
I've downloaded plenty of bootlegged concerts from various blogs. As a rule I will only post stuff from my collection and not what is already available out there.
I also post out of print CDs and LPs from my collection.
I will repost from my readers anything someone sends me as long as it is either out of print or something that's not from someone else's blog. If you want to share a link for a cool item on your blog, or someone else's, please feel free to post it in the comments........

Glad my HFS radio shows are safely on my IPOD. Sorry to hear they messed with this great site.
It's my fault I guess for letting it run out, but it's also rediculous that they delete your account and don't give you a 2nd chance...oh well, their loss...

I use Megaupload over at http://naplesgc.blogspot.com and when I let my 2 year membership lapse I thought for sure the links would be dead. I just figured though I would reup my account and they would be active. Well, turns out the membership just gives you more features for downloads, etc. I do not have a memebership anymore yet I can upload still with no problems and what I do download, I just wait.
Sorry to hear WV about your Rapidshare issue. This also happened to someone with a photosharing site (Kodak Owned site) and they deleted all the person's photos.
Bummer.
Just so everyone knows, WV (Camarillo) got me started on my WHFS blog. What a collection he has!

Sorry to learn your re your rapidshare account. Just discovered your site. Was interested in the Mary Chapin Carpenter Austin City Limits 1992 performances, and found your site. Have you ever thought of uploading video files? Would love to see your copy of James McMurtrys early 90's performance on ACL.Have searched the world over for a copy but to no avail :(
