The Smithereens: Westwood One In Concert, Show #94-40 For Broadcast The Week Of Sept 26 1994

I've been going through my collection of Pre-FM CD's that cost me a small fortune over the years. Been sharing them at Willard's Wormholes and thought I might just put them here as well. Some of these have already been posted here at low bit rates. I deleted all the commercials and DJ babble and left the intros and outros intact.

WHFS 99.1 - Bob Here, Then Sara - Oct 23 1984

 Holy crap this is one fine rockin' set from Bob and Sara! Dang! It's the music on this tape that made me an adamant 'HFS fan in the 80's! Sara in particular really packs a wallop of a show. Really enjoyed getting this one ripped and posted. And with the Cramp's "Human Fly" along with a promo for a Root Boy Slim show, how could you go wrong. 
Sounded great on my old Pioneer SX-980 and HPM 100's kickin' it! Enjoy!
And thanks again to Robbie and his Tacoma Park buddy for sharing.

WHFS 99.1 FM, SARA November 7 1984

 Wow, what a great sounding, HQ tape of HFS from Nov. 1984. Sara spins some fine mid 80's tunes here! Lots of familiar stuff here, and a lot not so much. One tune grabbed my attention from The Lords Of The New Church. A tune called " Livin' On Livin' ". So I googled it and of course my main man at downunderground has the deput LP with that tune for download. WHFS 102.3 FM LAST WEEK IN BETHESDA JULY 1983

Robbie sent me more Cds. This time, three 90 minute tapes of Damien, Adelle and Sarah.
I haven't had the time to check them out. I ripped them all to MP3@320.
