WHFS 99.1 ANNAPOLIS FEB 6 1993

I was straightening out some shit today when this 18 year old 99.1 HFS Tape fell on the floor.
This is of course when HFS was becoming the Corporate station it became. Lot's of 90's and late 80's stuff. All "Hits" really. Still a good listen. The D.J. was Zoltar...how pathetic.

Blondie, Midnight Oil, 10k Maniacs, Split Enz, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Talking Heads, Jesus Jones, Sisters Of Mercy, R.E.M. The The, Living Color, Sisters Of Mercy, Mick Jagger-Flea, Devo, Concrete Blonde, SRV, Juliana Hatfield, Candy Skins, Tears For Fears, The Smiths, English Beat, Ministry

98MB, MP3@160, 90 Minutes

  4. Hi CB -- As sad as the "pop" version of HFS was, it was still better than most anything I have heard.

I often will listen to all of the "older" HFS sessions you captured and/or converted, and those provide much better listening entertainment than any of the trash that passes for music these days (gee -- that sounds like my dad -- AAAAAGGGHHHHH)

Thanks again for posting all of these tunes...
