I was straightening out some shit today when this 18 year old 99.1 HFS Tape fell on the floor.
This is of course when HFS was becoming the Corporate station it became. Lot's of 90's and late 80's stuff. All "Hits" really. Still a good listen. The D.J. was Zoltar...how pathetic.

ReplyDeleteThanks for all the music especially Joe Ely
ReplyDeleteYou're welcome...love Joe!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for this. I miss HFS more than most of my dead relatives combined.
ReplyDeleteWow!
ReplyDeleteHi CB -- As sad as the "pop" version of HFS was, it was still better than most anything I have heard.
ReplyDeleteI often will listen to all of the "older" HFS sessions you captured and/or converted, and those provide much better listening entertainment than any of the trash that passes for music these days (gee -- that sounds like my dad -- AAAAAGGGHHHHH)
Thanks again for posting all of these tunes...
Dave B.
Ha Ha...good one Dave!
ReplyDeleteNice to hear from you...We all are getting like our parents...weird ain't it?
