WHFS 99.1 XXVIII SARA 06-09-1985 From DaveB

This tape has some ambiguities. I'm guessing Dave typo'd the label. It's most likely June not Sept. Getting that out the way, it's a nice mix of your 'HFS favorites that you might expect from mid 1985. I left off the DLR tune from MTV. Thanks again Dave!

    Hehehe... oops...

    I don't doubt that I goofed the dates... the label says 6-9/6-10 on the sides, but 9-6 on the end... CB is most likely right (again!)

    I don't know how I got the MTV sound onto tape -- I didn't have a TV Tuner, so it must've been pulled from the headphone jack of the TV to a mic jack on the tape deck... ugh -- I can only imagine how crappy that sounds!

    I can't wait to pull this tape and listen to it. What a great Christmas present!

    it's a good one either way Dave!
    The DLR tune sounded crappy but not horrible.
