Martha And The Muffins: Metro Music and Danseparc LP's

This post is two Martha and the Muffins Vinyl LP's, "Metro Music" and "Danseparc".
I recorded these two albums to one CD, then ripped them to my hard drive a while ago. I looked around and it seems you can get some "best of" and retrospective type CD's out there, but not the whole albums. So here they are. Two LPs from my collection, purchased at Joes Record Paradise a couple of 5 or 6 years back.

  1. Echo Beach: "My job is boring, I'm an office clerk,'' and "Indecision'' are two incredible singles from the glorious 80s.

  3. After 25 years, the wait for the reissue of Martha and the Muffins’ Danseparc is over. Stockhausen collides with punk funk in an aural collage of rhythm and found sound as the second most fan requested Martha and the Muffins album gets officially reissued and digitally re-mastered 25 years after its 1983 vinyl debut.

The fourth album from the Muffins canon, the second of three production collaborations by the now legendary and critically acclaimed producer Daniel Lanois (U2, Peter Gabriel), Danseparc will be reissued by Cherry Red for the very first time on CD in the UK and Europe on Monday 4th August 2008.

  4. Hmmmm, yes, good old Danseparc. Possibly the Muffins long lost classic album produced by the great Daniel Lanois. It's great to see the 12" inch dance mix of Danseparc finally getting released on CD after all these years. I remember there was a lot of yelping on the dance mix.
