WHFS Weasel 05-12-1982 Ninety Minute Cassette

I have in my collection hundreds of hours of WHFS from the late 70's to the late 90's. Some were taped on cassette and some were taped on my Akai Open Reel tape deck and some were aquired in a trade. This tape is from Wed, May 12 1982 of DJ Weasel playing some classic music from that time period. This one tape shows just how awesome this radio station was. Just look at this line up! Each file is a set of tunes with commercials omitted. In retrospect it would be interesting to have heard the commercials today, but back then, I just wanted the music. It's definetly a good road trip tape. Sound quality is very good but not the best. It was taped on a BASF Performance C90 tape. Dolby B on for recording, and left off when I ripped the tape to my hard drive. Back off on the treble and you should be fine.

01 Johnny Seaton, The Clash, Pandoras, Paul Weller, The Beatles
02 Tom Principoto, Translator, The Inmates, Billy Idol, Jason and The Scorchers

04 Wreckless Eric, Walking On The Surface Of The Moon

  1. I might start to cry after listening to this. Of course, I might also have it on tape from DC. Oh, gosh, you are a super blogger.
